Here we were today at Kaikohe Far North District Council doing our last catering gig for the week.

Thanks FNDC for the continuous support you give to us as a small hapu based, Māori business by using our services.

We hope you all enjoyed your first from the healthy choice menu today.

Mahi to do be done!
With a quick dash to Auckland.

Today we catered for Oranga Tamariki, what a privilege it was, another amazing experience.

Every event allows the team to develop and grow their skills and abilities, discovering new things about themselves each and every time.

2 set menu’s done and dusted delivered all on time. What a scrumptious 🤤day it’s been, not a crumb left to be vacuumed 😂

Serving up some lunches from the carbs menu 🤣🤣 we hope you enjoyed your delicious 🤤 lunches.

Now back in Te Tai Tokerau ready to do it all again in the morning.

What a big week it’s been for us, our first catering gig outside of Te Tai Tokerau.

An experience that has brought our team, new challenges, lessons and a change of environment, we loved every moment of it.

Exploring the marketplace in Auckland CBD finding many future opportunities for Fleak 😉

Fleak Catering would like to thank MEA (Making Everything Achievable) Kaye-Maree Dunn for giving a small Hapu based (Ngati Tautahi) 💯% Māori owned business, from a small town (Kaikohe) this opportunity.

We hoped you all enjoyed your kai, Here are a few snippets of us delivering @ NZTE hopefully in future we remember to take more photos and videos of the process for you all to enjoy.

On this day 5 February 2023, our crew got to cater for a huge event in Kaikohekohe, a late night and early start, it was worth it.

Knowing we make 200 scrumptious morning tea boxes for all who attended.

The whenua of the site of Pākinga Pā has been reunited with our peoples in a dignified and emotional restorative ceremony held onsite to return the whenua to the hands of Ngati Tautahi, Ngati Ueoneone.

Events like this are something else, what a privilege!
