Proud to be part of this new initiative from the wonderful Pip!

We've got a wee bit of news to share, and it's one that's close to our hearts.
We're starting something new called "A Good Egg".

Every month, we want to shine a light on someone in our community who's done something good — something kind, generous, brave, or just quietly decent when they didn't have to be. The neighbour who mows the widow's lawn. The kid who stood up for someone. The volunteer who never asks for thanks. The friend who showed up when it mattered. The good sorts who make this place what it is and never expect anything back.

Here's how it works. You tell us about them — right here in the comments. Drop their name below and tell us what they did and why they deserve a bit of recognition. Each month we'll choose a Good Egg to say thank you to, and they'll win a tray of 30 free-range eggs and a few other things from us and some goodies from Not Now James Catering, a voucher from Bin Inn Palmerston North to grab some good stuff plus so your wheels can be sparkly and clean, with a wash from Swish Car Wash delivered to their door, on all of us. Now you can grab a coffee and a bite from BABCO - Brick Artisan Bread Company on ya way!

That's the whole idea. No catch, nothing to buy. We just reckon good people doing good things deserve to be noticed, and we'd love your help finding them.
