Have been in reflective mode and I am overwealmed with the feedback received. What surprised me was the 🍑 & 🍍 Poke.
I knew I had something when I experimented playing around with flavor profiles.
I had been meaning to venture out to the people and share my new flavors pushing the boundaries while still honoring the classics.
Fear had taken over as the thinking was that it would not be recieved well as we all know we are all our own worst critics.
The first Gourmet flavor I came up with was 🍑. Reason being because this is one of my favorite fruits.
I've played around with flavors throughout the years and separately 🍑 is too subtle while 🍍 is too tart.
As the saying goes "In cooking, nothing stands alone - every flavour has a partner". I believe that these 2 flavors complement each other as they bring the balance and work together in harmony.
Poke in the Boaza Rahaba Ioane family skipped a generation. It is a chosen responsibility for me to carry on the legacy and pass it down to our next generation.
Im happy to say my nephew rung and asked if he could come over and learn how to make it.
Like all things I will take the time to brainstorm and come out with another drop with a classic and a Gourmet flavor.
