We recently helped a café refresh its menu with a new matcha drink range. 🌿

Instead of using a ready-made menu, we considered the café’s food, customers, style and daily workflow. Together, we developed drinks including Strawberry Matcha Latte, Matcha Coconut Water and Dirty Matcha Latte.

Modoo supplied the Premium Matcha Powder and supporting ingredients, then helped with flavour testing, customised recipes and FREE staff training.
