Oysters on ice, all the trimmings ready to go, glasses being topped up… the perfect way to roll from “I do” into celebration mode.

There’s always that lovely little shift after the ceremony — everyone relaxed, mingling, soaking it all in, and heading straight for the good stuff.

And honestly, oysters at golden hour? Hard to beat.
