Introducing the Aparima College College girls Squash Team. Two Squash Players and Three girls who have never played before.

Heading to the New Zealand Squash Secondary Schools Championship in Christchurch in August.

Chloe, Thea, Lilly, Lakisha & Mia, will be training each Wednesday until we leave 👏 and no doubt there will be lots more giggles on the way.

Last night we attended the Southland Murihiku Sports Awards as Mia Mennell was nominated in the Southland Junior Sportsperson of the year category. We would like to acknowledge all the amazing nominees and also the 2026 winner Junior Sportsperson of the year Jimmy Taylor, and One NZ for sponsoring the category 💙

Huge thank you Squash Southland for the Nomination- and to all the people that made this evening so special.

Congratulations to the other squash nominees Nicky McNaught and Andrea Dudley. Nicky McNaught for taking out her category which was 💯 percent deserved.
