Come and get it. I’m not fooled. They are only interested in the barley not me. But I’ll take the welcome. No new lambs today. 🙁 despite paying thousands to get the macrocarpa hedge trimmed I’m grateful for the southerly shelter. Still dry pockets for them to tuck into.

The boys get to lounge around while the ladies are penned up pushing out the lambs. This feeder has been a game changer with reducing food wastage. It’s the equivalent of a sushi train for them. The liver coloured boy is the only ram I have kept to grow out. He needs a name!

Sometimes food comes first! Morning barley on a frosty morning. Best way to check on the girls and see everyone’s doing ok. ❤️
