The little mare I’ve dreamed of owning since the day she was born.

Every time I try to put this girl into words, I get emotional. She has given me absolutely everything, and I truly hope she feels I’ve given her the same in return. From the moment she stepped off that float, we just clicked. I promised her then that I would give her everything she needs and deserves… and she has held me to that in the best way possible.

Like all of my crew, we set a simple goal for the season, get out there, enjoy it, and do it together. I think it’s pretty safe to say… we absolutely nailed that.

What a season… honestly, one I’ll never forget. Rose and I have made so many dreams come true, and I couldn’t be prouder of her. She is an absolute legend of a mare and now more than deserves a well-earned, quiet winter.

My very first Blue Oaks baby to step into the show ring… and wow, what a debut it’s been.
This little filly is everything I dreamed of and so much more. She absolutely thrives on show life, the atmosphere, the attention, the whole buzz of the day. And at home, that cheeky but loving personality just makes her even more special.

She’s made this season one I’ll never forget.

Going into it, my goal was simple… get her out, get her experience, and maybe sneak into a Champion lineup.

Well… she didn’t just meet that goal, she blew it out of the water.

He certainly keeps me on my toes and makes me work for it… but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

This season he was meant to be the role model for Heidi, safe to say she took that job and ran with it, because she definitely behaved better than him 😅

Blue lives for performance and, let’s be honest, merely tolerates the halter classes (usually with a few cheeky bites thrown in for good measure)

I couldn’t be more proud of everything this boy has achieved throughout the 2025/26 season.

And just like that… the 2025/26 show season comes to a close 🤍

What a season it’s been. There’s been tears of joy, pain, and heartbreak, but looking back, I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved. Especially knowing, after my recent MRI, that my body really shouldn’t have carried me through the way it did… but maybe determination really does outweigh the pain.

We wrapped it all up at one of my absolute favourite shows of the year, Mackenzie A&P, and what a way to finish.
