My teenage daughter has had a booming vege garden this summer and the tomatoes have just kept coming 🍅🍅🍅🍅
After already cooking multiple batches of tomato ketchup, I decided to throw together this super easy pasta sauce with the last of them. Next time I’d add a few extra hidden veges to the mix 👌
