WHAT EVEN IS FREEZE DRIED CANDY?!

Okay soooo we get asked this ALL the time at markets hahaha 😭🍭

Freeze drying is basically a process where we remove the moisture from candy using super cold temperatures + a vacuum chamber, which completely changes the texture without “cooking” it 👀

The result?
* Bigger candy
* Crunchy texture
* More intense flavour
* Completely different experience from the original lolly

Some lollies puff up huge, some turn crunchy, some become melt-in-your-mouth and honestly every candy reacts differently which makes it so addictive hahaha 😭

And YES… they crunch exactly like the videos 🤣

Everything is made fresh in small batches right here in NZ 🇳🇿
