We use only the finest, natural ingredients carefully sourced from as close to home as possible. From plump berry ice creams, sorbets and gelatos loaded with local fruits - to Belgian Chocolate ice creams using 72% Barry Callebaut - our flavours are naturally intense and original. No artificial stabilisers, emulsifiers or gelatine are ever used. All our products are certified 100% gluten-free and peanut free and our gelatos and sorbets are certified dairy-free.
