I’m stoked to be part of Flavours of Plenty Festival this year and to bring you a Shared Plates Workshop at Te Pahi!

Join me for a hands-on, immersive cooking experience where we’ll use fresh produce straight from the garden and orchard. Over four hours, we’ll dive into different cooking techniques—wood, smoke, and more—while creating delicious shared plates. Then, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the feast at our communal table.

📅 Dates: 29 & 30 March
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
📍 Location: Te Pahi, 4B Penny Place, Welcome Bay
