Settle in by the fire and experience five outstanding wines from the acclaimed 2021 Martinborough vintage, each thoughtfully paired with a five-course Japanese-inspired menu created by renowned chef Ant North. Throughout the evening, winemaker Paul Mason will personally guide guests through each wine, sharing the story behind this remarkable vintage.
Widely regarded as a true “winemaker’s vintage”, 2021 delivered low yields, concentrated flavours, vibrant acidity, and exceptional structure — producing elegant wines that are drinking beautifully now and will continue to reward cellaring for years to come.
