In the city for a week and I am feeling drops of joy having my messy, yummy sardines breakfast knowing that it is made special by the things I grow in the garden.

T’was a good decision to bring some wild kamatis and calamansi. The kamatis was a fun, sweet-tart-umami addition. The calamansi is never not needed.

T’was a fun grocery trip to find tin sardines that is cheap enough. (Master tin sardines below 50 🙌). Drizzling all that spicy oil on the toasted bread, yummmmmmmmm.

Yun lang… ang saya na ng umaga ko ☺️.
