✨ Our First Week Journey of Banua’s Best ✨

What a week it has been! 🙌

Our first full week of operation marks a milestone worth celebrating. It wasn’t easy — we made a lot of changes, huge changes — from our cook to our menu. Every adjustment came with challenges, but also with growth, learning, and teamwork.

Last week was truly an achievement for all of us. For the first time, Banua’s Best was open straight for the entire week — and we made it! 💪 From Friday to Sunday, we were sold out! The support from our customers and the dedication of our team made it all possible.

To my amazing team — thank you. Each one of you poured your effort, time, and heart into making Banua’s Best what it is today. Every dish served, every satisfied customer, every late-night cleanup — it all matters.

As we move forward into this new week, our goal is clear: to monitor and review our costing without ever compromising our quality. Because at Banua’s Best, we believe that excellence isn’t just about good food — it’s about consistency, care, and commitment.

After completing our business registration and licensing, Silog Wok Express has officially transitioned into Banua’s Best, while still operating under SWE Diner.

This change was driven by the growing demand and the needs of our customers, who look for both quick comfort food and hearty meals they can bring home to their families.

Banua’s Best brings together the best of both worlds—classic silog favorites and ready-made Kapampangan ulam dishes—celebrating the convenience people seek today while honoring Pampanga’s rich culinary tradition. It’s not just a new name, but a promise to keep serving what our community truly needs.
