Local Farms We wean our steers when they are six months old.

Our beef gets its quality from the extra attention
put into producing soft, flavourful beef. Then, they are separated and are made to mix
with the other young steers and heifers until they
get to be 350 kilograms. The chosen steers are
segregated again and fattened for 3-4 months. They are given sugarcane tops mixed with young Napier. To hasten the fattening period, we give molasses and concentrat

es that give the extra flavor and tenderness of the young steer. We do not use synthetic drugs or unnatural chemicals to
achieve our goals. Only our own special blend of concentrate made from local raw materials make our steers reach 440 kilograms plus in the
shortest possible time. Our steers are only 18-20 months since birth. We carefully select breed cattle that is suited for its
beefiness and adaptability to the weather in the
Philippines. Our steers are island born Brahmans, Sta. Gertrudis, Angus, Andalucian crosses that are best suited to the local weather in the Negros Island.
