Grabe, I can’t believe it’s been around 12 years! 🥹

So happy to have bumped into my mentor, Chef Clyden San Pedro. He was my Advanced Patisserie instructor back in culinary school, and honestly, he’s one of the people who inspired me to become what I am today.

Seeing him again brought back so many memories from being a student trying to perfect every pastry to now running my own business. It’s amazing how time flies.

Thank you, Chef, for sharing your knowledge, passion, and inspiration. I’ll always be grateful for everything I learned from you. It was so nice seeing you again after all these years. Bitin ang kwentuhan! 🤍
