Hindi po basehan ang “fresh” o “frozen” para masabing mas ligtas o mas maganda ang karne.
👉 Ang mas importante po ay: ✔️ Saan nanggaling ang karne
✔️ Paano ito hinandle
✔️ Kung ito ay dumaan sa tamang inspeksyon
Sa Pilipinas, ang karne ay dapat dumaan sa National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS)
✔️ May tatak / mark
✔️ Na-check ng veterinary
✔️ Dumaan sa maayos na proseso
⚠️ May mga pagkakataon po na:
Kahit “fresh” pero galing sa hindi accredited na katayan (backyard), hindi po sigurado ang kaligtasan
