Behind every bilao we prepare is a story of family, tradition, and a passion for serving good food.

Tita Irene is a proud mother of four, born and raised in Zapote, Bacoor, Cavite. Growing up in a close-knit and festive family, she spent much of her childhood in the kitchen, helping prepare food for birthdays, fiestas, family gatherings, and special occasions. It was there that her love for cooking began.

Many people in Zapote may already know Tita Irene from her beloved P**o Bumbong and Ginataan stall, which served the community for almost 15 years. From the area near Mercury Drug in Zapote to the sidewalk stall beside the Zapote 1 Arch, she became a familiar face to many families who enjoyed her freshly prepared Filipino favorites.

Today, that same passion for bringing people together through food continues through House of Bilao by Tita Irene.

We specialize in Bilao Packages perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, office events, baptisms, reunions, and all kinds of celebrations.
