Yummy Strawberry Ice cream 🍓🍓🍓

For strawberry Purée
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped in small pieces fresh strawberries
2 spoonful sugar

For Ice cream
1/2 cup chopped fresh berries (for toppings)
150 ml condensed milk
200 ml all purpose cream
1 tsp - 1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tablespoon plain or greek yoghurt
3/4 cup strawberry purée

For strawberry purée
Prepare and heat pan add berries, sugar, and water.
Bring to a boil (stir continuously). When mixture turns thick and sticky set aside and let it cool

For Ice cream
In a mixing bowl pour condensed milk, all purpose cream and yoghurt.

Whisk until fluffy

Add the strawberry purée and mix well

Freeze for 1 hour then bring outside the fridge to sprinkle with fresh chopped strawberries.

Freeze again overnight then serve 😋🍓😋
