In 2020, before leaving Philippine Airlines, I started Takoyakwin as my fallback. I never imagined that God wasn’t just giving me another job—He was building an opportunity that would one day bless others too.

Today, seeing our very first franchisee choose Takoyakwin as the business that will help her settle back in the Philippines reminds me exactly why I started this journey.

I still remember sitting down and thinking of the perfect name for this small business venture, not knowing where it would lead me. Looking back now, and watching Ma’am Sheila sign our franchise agreement, I can only say that God had a far greater plan than I ever imagined. 🥹

Every beginning starts with faith. Thank You, Jesus, for turning a fallback into a purpose. 🙏❤️
