🌧️ AN EVENT AGAINST THE RAIN, BUT A TESTIMONIAL WORTH SHARING! ❤️🍽️

Quick backstory po… 🥹

Our client initially booked 300 pax, but due to the circumstances, they wanted to downsize the booking to 200 pax. Unfortunately, since all the food had already been prepared, we weren’t able to accommodate the reduction.

Instead, our client asked if we could allow the buffet to be enjoyed until dinner time. 😊

But guess what? Hindi na po umabot ng PM snack… ubos na lahat! 😍🍴

And these messages from our client made us so happy! ❤️

“Ang dami po natuwa at nasarapan…”
“Ang dami-dami daw po nila nakakainan handaan… kakaiba daw luto ng Kok’s, masarap daw po.” 🥰

For us, this is one of the best reminders that when you serve good food, people remember it. ❤️

Hindi man naging perfect ang weather, we are truly grateful that the event pushed through safely and successfully. 🙏🏻🌧️☀️

Expectation:
👰🤵 “100 pax lang po kami, promise.”

Reality:
🍽️ 350 na ang kumakain… plus may mga nagsasabing, “May parating pa po.” 😂

We completely understand that unexpected guests can happen, and we’re always happy to serve everyone. ❤️

But please also remember the catering team and the staff on duty. They prepare, cook, and serve based on the confirmed guest count, and a huge increase in attendees means extra pressure on everyone.

A little allowance in your headcount goes a long way in helping us serve all your guests better. 🙏
