Malunggay Nachos *Malunggay Nachos IBP Malunggay Nachos are tortilla chips that are infused with pulverized dried malunggay leaves.

Nachos are commonly thin, triangular, yellowish chips. The proponents will adapt the shape and thinness of a regular nacho. Malunggay Nachos will also be yellowish in color. Health conscious Filipinos refrain from eating snacks particularly chips because it is not healthy for their body. The proponents came up with the idea of infusing Malunggay leaves into the nachos because of its health benefits. Malunggay Nachos will provide different nutrients (potassium, calcium, protein, iron) vitamins (Vitamin A, Vitamin C). Malunggay Nachos has an average weight of 0.3 to 0.5 grams per piece. The nachos have a rough texture since it is made with cornmeal. There will be green pigments which will be the evidence that it was infused by Malunggay leaves. The smell of our nachos will have a similar scent of a freshly ground Malunggay leaves.
