DESCRIPTION
COLOR:
Deep garnet red.

NOSE:
Compelling mixture of juniper, dried herb, bright red cherry, black tea leaf, dried orange peel, exotic spices, and notes of vanilla and light toast.

TASTE:
On the palate, plush dark bramble, dried blueberry, and dark chocolate are framed by notes of black pepper and cedar.

FOOD PAIRING
Beef, Lamb, Veal

TASTING NOTES
Good for food-pairing, very fruity with aromas of blackberries, plum and raisin, but also liquorize and violets, fine roasted notes. In the mouth vital, cherry and red fruit, gentle and mellow tannin structure

FOOD PAIRING
It is best paired with any normal Malbec associated food, with a great steak or preferred beef dish. It has a sweet aroma and medium body, it will also go well with red meats like duck or lamb.
