🛒Ingredients

*Bread Dough*
• 2 cups bread flour
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tsp yeast
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 30 grams milk powder
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup water
• 28 grams unsalted butter

*Coffee Topping*
• 4 grams instant coffee + 1 tbsp hot water
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 57 grams butter
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup flour

*Filling*
• 6 cubes unsalted butter (chilled)

This is perfect for coffee break upgrade ✨
