HAVE YOU BEEN TO RIBSHACK SM UPTOWN LATELY?
Our last visit here was honestly disappointing. The waiters were rude, the food took forever, and it was almost impossible to get the attention of the staff handling the unli-rice.
Today, we decided to give them another shot, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! From ordering at the counter to getting our yummy food, everything went so smoothly. Our meals even came out faster than the estimated serving time. The guy handling the unli-rice was actually going around the tables checking who needed a refill, which was such a nice change.
What a huge turnaround! Really happy to see the improvement. Hope they keep this up! đź‘Ź
