Cheeseburger Takoyaki version 2.0!
We've made this takoyaki variant before, but our test kitchen volunteers agreed that there's still room for improvement. So here's a short clip of us torching this tweaked variant, melty cheese, creamy mayo, and all--aburi-style.
Not sure if we're putting this on the menu just yet, as it still has to pass the standards set by our constantly hungry QA. But we promise the wait will be worth it. We're all about nailing those layers of homemade umami. 😉
