Cauliflower (150g)
EasyProยฎ Premium Barbecue Sauce (20g)
Flat Parsley (50g)
Olive oil (20g)
EasyProยฎ Premium Chili Sauce (10g)
EasyProยฎ Premium Soy Garlic Sauce (10g)
Lemon Juice (10g)
EasyProยฎ Sour Cream Flavor Powder Mix (10g)
Mayonnaise (20g)
Microgreens for garnish
๐ฃ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ:
1. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the cauliflower, brushing both sides repeatedly with EasyProยฎ Premium Barbecue Sauce. Cook until tender and lightly charred, then set aside.
2. In a food processor, combine flat parsley, olive oil, EasyProยฎ Premium Chili Sauce, EasyProยฎ Premium Soy Garlic Sauce, and lemon juice. Blend until well mixed, then set aside as the chimichurri.
3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with Easyยฎ Sour Cream Flavor Powder Mix until smooth. Set aside as the ranch dip.
4. To assemble, place the grilled cauliflower on a plate, top with chimichurri, add a side of ranch dip, and garnish with microgreens before serving.
