For collabs, you can email me at [email protected] I've always wanted to blog about food. Ah, the cool climate, the fresh air, the trees and flowers! What more can you ask for? Ah right, the fascinating night market, the street food, the multiple restaurants lining Session Road. I'm all about that. I promised myself that I would try to eat in one joint once every we
ek or pay day. Then of course, I would blog about how delicious their dishes are or how calm and romantic the ambiance is. But it's not all about the good, of course. I would also blog about the bad. The bad service, the nasty waiters, and the dirty establishment. Although I am part Filipino, I had a more acquired taste for diverse dishes. Like Thai, Italian, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. Perhaps it has to do with my personality. I'm the adventurous type when it comes to everything, and of course I won't let the food category off the hook. Hence, the supposedly title of my blog, Gastronomical Adventures. So here is my vision and mission for my readers out there. VISION
My vision is to be able to taste the best dishes, the specialty of the house, of all the restaurants and food establishments here in Baguio City, be it a small food joint, a food cart in the corner of the street, a fancy restaurant, or a fine dining experience. I will not stop until I can give you the best of the best of Baguio City cuisines. MISSION
My mission is to write a factual, comprehensive and fair review of all the establishments and food joints I've eaten at. It is my obligation to rate them for the good and to reject them ruthlessly for the worst. I will strive to make weekly posts, as much as I can and to keep my readers updated. And there you go. I hope I will be of service to tourist and natives. Follow me on my Gastronomical Adventure of Baguio City!
