Gastronomical Adventures PH This page is all about Food Pornography, Photography and Restaurant Reviews of the nearest food establishments in the North. And I've always loved Baguio City.

For collabs, you can email me at [email protected] I've always wanted to blog about food. Ah, the cool climate, the fresh air, the trees and flowers! What more can you ask for? Ah right, the fascinating night market, the street food, the multiple restaurants lining Session Road. I'm all about that. I promised myself that I would try to eat in one joint once every we

ek or pay day. Then of course, I would blog about how delicious their dishes are or how calm and romantic the ambiance is. But it's not all about the good, of course. I would also blog about the bad. The bad service, the nasty waiters, and the dirty establishment. Although I am part Filipino, I had a more acquired taste for diverse dishes. Like Thai, Italian, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. Perhaps it has to do with my personality. I'm the adventurous type when it comes to everything, and of course I won't let the food category off the hook. Hence, the supposedly title of my blog, Gastronomical Adventures. So here is my vision and mission for my readers out there. VISION

My vision is to be able to taste the best dishes, the specialty of the house, of all the restaurants and food establishments here in Baguio City, be it a small food joint, a food cart in the corner of the street, a fancy restaurant, or a fine dining experience. I will not stop until I can give you the best of the best of Baguio City cuisines. MISSION

My mission is to write a factual, comprehensive and fair review of all the establishments and food joints I've eaten at. It is my obligation to rate them for the good and to reject them ruthlessly for the worst. I will strive to make weekly posts, as much as I can and to keep my readers updated. And there you go. I hope I will be of service to tourist and natives. Follow me on my Gastronomical Adventure of Baguio City!

BREAKTHROUGH RESTAURANT
πŸ“VILLA AREVALO, ILOILO

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for Breakthrough, the most classic restaurant in Iloilo, the city where I grew up in. It has come a long way since it’s humble start. I’ll be short but concise. If you’re looking for really good food, especially seafood, this is the only restaurant you should go to. It boasts of fresh sea ingredients since the dawn of its opening and it can be clearly seen from the live fishes in their aquariums! If I would recommend 5 dishes you should definitely try, it would be their crabmeat (sizzling), aligue rice, talaba, black/blue marlin and halo-halo.

[Hotel Review] Where to Stay in Coron, Palawan

LOCATION πŸŒ™πŸŒ™πŸŒ™πŸŒ™πŸŒ™
The inn’s location is the best. It’s in the middle of town, close to all the tourist attractions. To be honest, the town is small, but the inn’s location is still ideal. There’s a convenience store, spa and various restaurants nearby. You can walk to St. Agustine Church, and the way to Mt. Tapyas is just across the inn. The inn can also arrange transport to and from the airport, port and other spots.

COMFORT πŸŒ™πŸŒ™πŸŒ™πŸŒ™
This inn may not be new, but they are not lacking in comfort. All toiletries are provided, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, cotton, cotton buds, water and 2 pillows per person. The sheets are really soft too. What I love the most is their bathroom is really clean!

SERVICE πŸŒ™πŸŒ™πŸŒ™πŸŒ™
They excel in service as well. Especially their kitchen staff. Attentive and friendly!

COST
Our suite room is 3,000/night but there are other types available, deluxe and superior.
