ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other government regulatory requirements.
Supervise general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, fixed assets, and payroll accounting.
Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial forecasting.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports.
Coordinate external audits and support internal audit activities.
Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvements.
Provide financial reports and recommendations to Management for business decision-making.
Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting Team.
Qualifications
✔ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
✔ At least 5 years of accounting experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
✔ Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and Philippine regulatory compliance.
✔ Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
✔ Proficient in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
✔ Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
✔ Willing to work onsite in Calauan, Laguna.
