HIRING: FIELD SALES AGENT - TABARON
Location: Metro Manila (fieldwork)
Employment Type: Full-time or project-based

About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and trustworthy Field Sales Agent to help distribute our Tabaron products to major markets in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities
Visit wet markets and small vendors in assigned areas.
Introduce and promote Tabaron products to potential resellers.
Secure reseller partnerships (1 vendor per major market).
Monitor stocks and collect feedback from vendors.
Submit daily reports on visits and sales.

Qualifications
At least high school level.
Preferably with experience in field sales or consumer goods.
Friendly, confident, and good at building rapport.
With motorcycle a +plus (to save time and fare).
Honest, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Compensation

Daily Allowance
P500 for meals & transport expenses

Commission per New Vendor
P300 upon successful onboarding

Monthly Bonus
Variable based on sales & performance

Potential Earnings: ₱20,000–₱25,000/month (allowance + commissions)
