Kalderate (Goat)

This is yet another dish that's harder to find especially the good quality kind.

The one place I always take visitors to is MOO Kandingan at Jakosalem Street, Cebu City.

It's infront of a newly opened gasoline station just walking distance to the start Sanciangko Street and Colon street.
