Aside from tending to our little sprouts, we’ve also got a **new family member** who needs a little extra TLC. 👶❤️

But here we are again—back to growing, packing, and keeping those orders coming! 💪🌱

🌱 We have a breakthrough! 🚨

After days of staring at these leaves and wondering if we got scammed by the seed packet...

We're finally starting to see the **red veins** on our red veined sorrel! ❤️🌿

Turns out they weren't fake advertising after all 😅

The sorrel must have heard us talking and decided, "Fine, here's your red veins. Now stop checking on me every 10 minutes." 👀

Looking good so far. Slow grower, but definitely worth the wait.

After a bit of testing (and resisting the urge to open the tub every 5 minutes), we're happy to say these stay **fresh and stable for up to 6 days**.

The secret?
🔒 Keep the seal tight
❄️ Keep it in the chiller

That's it. The microgreens do the rest 😎🌿

🌱 Quick delivery run today! 🚚💨

We're making a little switch—from **green kale** to **red kale** 👀

Nothing against the green kale, of course... but the red kale showed up looking extra fancy and demanded a promotion 😂🌿

Same fresh microgreens, now with a little more color and character.

Off they go, headed to their new home!

🌱 Been busy with deliveries lately 🚚💨

Finally had some time to go back into our little makeshift lab 😅🔬🌿

And yes… we’re trying **red veined sorrel** again 👀
They say **third time’s the charm**… so hopefully the sorrel got the memo this time 😂

Slow growers, tiny seeds, lots of patience—but we’re ready for another round.

First time making 4 types in one go and honestly… seeing them all lined up felt pretty satisfying 👀🌿

Peas, kale, beets, sunnies—slowly but surely the rack is getting busier 😅

Still learning, still experimenting, still growing one tray at a time.
