5. Respect everyone's privacy - Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

✏️Building Brighter Futures Through Education

From the groundbreaking ceremony on February 26, 2026, to the successful turnover on August 12, 2026, Dole-Stanfilco, in partnership with Kasilak Development Foundation, Inc. and other valued stakeholders, brought a shared vision to life through the completion of a two-classroom building at Bantuanon Integrated School in Lantapan, Bukidnon.

The sturdy 2-classroom building, equipped with toilets and lavatories, was constructed in partnership with the Philippine Army, the 512th Engineer Construction "Kaagapay" Battalion.

This initiative reflects a collective commitment to supporting education by providing students with a safer and more conducive learning environment. More than just a structure, these new classrooms represent opportunity, growth, and a brighter future for the learners and the community they serve.

As part of its corporate social responsibility, Dole’s Stanfilco Division donates classroom buildings, daycare centers, handwash facilities, school-based water tanks, toilets and other infrastructure support to identified schools in its areas of operation.

The company, with the support of Kasilak Development Foundation, has been a partner of DepEd Philippines in the Adopt-a-School Program since 1998. 💚
