We are writing to share a final, official update regarding our business journey. We have officially completed all legal and administrative closure procedures with both our Local Government Unit (LGU) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Successfully and properly wrapping up this chapter was incredibly important to us, and we are grateful to report that all legalities have been fully settled and cleared.
As we officially close our books and our doors, we want to take a moment to say a massive THANK YOU. Thank you for your loyalty, your trust, and the beautiful memories you gave us during our time in operation. We could not have come this far without your incredible support.
Though this business journey has officially come to an end, the friendships and connections we made along the way will always stay with us.
