ingredients
3 egg
2 cup Evaporated milk (500ml)
3/4 cup cooking oil (187ml)
1½ tablespoon instant coffee (6g)
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 cup all purpose flour (360g)
1⅛ cup Cocoa powder (90g)
2 teaspoon baking soda (6g)
1 tbsp baking powder (10g)
3/4 teaspoon salt (4g)
3 cup sugar white or brown (600g)

Chocolate Ganache
ingredients
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
3/4 cup cornstarch (75g)
1/3 cup Cocoa powder (30g)
2 can Evaporated milk (740ml)
6 egg yolk
1/4 cup margarine or Butter (56g)
1 cup white chocolate chips (150g)

Make 2 pan 8x2 size

The wok has no water it is improvised oven heat the wok for 3 minutes on medium heat and put cooling rack
Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes after 3 minutes medium low heat for 45 to 50 minutes

if you have an oven at home bake it 150c for 40 to 45 minutes for electric oven up and down heat

You can also steam it on medium low heat for 40 to 45 minutes boil the water before steaming
