❌ Do not fly with Spicejet Airlines ❌

Really disappointed with Airlines because I reported to the airport at 5:20 am (5:40 am boarding starts) while my flight departure was 6:10 am. The staff at the counter intentionally wasted my time till 5:40 am and then justified, "Boarding already started, now we cannot load your check-in baggage"..

My check-in luggage was denied. Then I was charged ₹6,000 for 9 kgs if I wanted to board the flight.

Spicejet is a fraudulent money making airline that intentionally takes advantage of passengers. They are always looking for ways to deny passenger's requests and try to make money out of everything.

I really wish this airline shuts down. Pathetic customer service. Money making scheme. This is really mental harassment because I could've checked in my luggage and made it on time for the boarding process.
