BUILDING SOMETHING OF YOUR OWN MEANS FIGURING THINGS OUT AS YOU GO.

I've spent years freelancing and working behind the scenes for businesses. Now, I'm working on building something of my own with CREO Istudyo.

And honestly, there's still a lot to learn.

Websites are one thing. Understanding CRM, workflows, and automation is another.

Sometimes you need to test something, figure out why it isn't working the way you expected, and try a different approach.

But I'm learning something important along the way:

You don't need to add every tool or make everything complicated to solve a problem.

You need to understand the problem first.

That's the thinking behind CREO Istudyo.

Listen to what the business actually needs.

Build a practical solution.

Improve it as you learn what works better.

And that's something I believe applies to small businesses, too.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER SOMEONE SAYS...

“I'd like a quote.”

A potential customer reaches out.

Then what?

→ Is the enquiry captured?
→ Does the right person see it?
→ Is there a clear next step?
→ Does someone respond?
→ What happens if they don't reply?
→ Is there a follow-up process?
→ Can you easily see where that customer is?

There are a lot of small steps between:

“I'm interested.”

and

“Let's move forward.”

Sometimes those small steps are where the process needs attention.

That's why CREO looks beyond just the website.

The website is one part of the journey.

I DIDN'T GET INTO WEBSITES JUST BECAUSE I LIKE MAKING THINGS LOOK GOOD.

Although I really do enjoy the creative side. 😊

What became more interesting was understanding what happens after someone visits a website.

Someone finds your business.

They look around.

They have a question.

They request a quote.

They send an enquiry.

Then what?

Is the enquiry captured?

Does someone respond?

Is there a clear next step?

Does anyone follow up?

That's when I started looking at websites differently.

It's not only about design.

It's also about how the website fits into the way the business handles enquiries.

It started with years of freelancing and working behind the scenes for different businesses.

Over time, I found myself becoming more interested in the creative work.

Websites.

Design.

Funnels.

Then CRM.

Then automation.

And the more I learned, the more I started looking beyond the website itself.

Because a website can look good...

But what happens when someone actually reaches out?

Where does the enquiry go?

Who sees it?

What happens next?

Those questions changed how I looked at websites.

The website is important.

But it's only one part of the bigger process.

That's the direction I'm taking with CREO Istudyo.

I've been freelancing and working behind the scenes for businesses for years.

Over time, I realized that the work I enjoyed most was the creative side.

Especially websites.

For years, I was a general VA doing everything.

Social media.
Lead generation.
Websites.
Admin tasks.

Whatever clients needed, I learned how to do.

And while that taught me a lot, I eventually realized something:

I was becoming decent at many things, but not truly mastering anything.

Lately, I decided to niche down and focus on what I genuinely enjoy building — websites.

That’s what led me deeper into WordPress, and eventually into GoHighLevel.

Now I’m exploring automations and pipelines, and it’s honestly changing the way I see websites completely.

Because a website isn’t just supposed to “look good” anymore.

It should help businesses follow up faster, organize leads better, and create systems that actually support growth.

Still learning this side of GHL.
Still studying.

But I’m excited because for the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m finally building depth instead of just doing everything.
