As we look around the world today, our hearts are often troubled by the violence, fear, and uncertainty that seem to be increasing, even in places where children should feel safest. News of tragic incidents in schools reminds us that we cannot always control what happens around us. Yet, as believers, we are comforted by the truth that our children are never beyond the reach of God’s loving care.
Every morning when our children leave home, we entrust them to the Lord. Every classroom they enter, every hallway they walk through, and every activity they participate in is known to Him. While we may not be able to watch over them every moment, our Heavenly Father can. His eyes are upon them, and His hands are strong enough to protect, guide, and sustain them.
May we be reminded that true security is not found in the systems of this world but in the Lord who never sleeps nor slumbers. He remains our refuge, our protector, and our peace.
