Opo… NATA DE COCO (coconut gel) was invented by Teodula Kalaw Africa, a Filipina chemist, who worked for the Philippine National Coconut Corporation in the 1940s. A chewy, jelly-like food produced by the fermentation of coconut water, this sweet treat quickly became popular in the Philippines and all over the world.

Ngayon, isa na itong “mainstay” sa ating mga paboritong pagkain tulad ng buko salad, mango sago, at halo-halo. A true Filipino invention, NATA DE COCO is definitely something we can all be proud of 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭 Marami pong salamat, Ma’am Africa! ✨✨✨

Did you know you can freeze fruits and vegetables for up to 6 months.

You can freeze: Carrots, peppers, tomatoes, onions, pineapple, Berries (for smoothies), green beans, broccoli and peas.
Most fruits & veggies freeze well: The best way to freeze something is to think about how you're going to use it.

-Do NOT defrost (Thaw).
-Cook them from frozen.
-Freezing saves: Time, less wastage & preserves freshness.

NB: Date them to ensure FIFO (First In, First Out)
