👍 Just after the TIP for Batch 3, Dir. Mohaisen R. Manalao, REB, MAED, Provincial Director of TESDA Davao del Sur, visited Batch 1 & 2 scholars in the field during their class and inspected the site. He was delighted to see that the scholars were given free uniforms! 😊 A big thank you to TESDA Davao Del Sur for the support!

📢 On September 29, 2026, TESDA Davao Del Sur held its Training Induction Program (TIP) for Batch 3 of the Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP) for Organic Agriculture Production (OAP) NC II at NEAD Agri-Farm, San Agustin, Digos City.

The event was graced by Dir. Mohaisen R. Manalao, REB, MAED, Provincial Director of TESDA Davao del Sur, who gave an inspirational message to the scholars. Mr. Danny dela Cruz, School Administrator, and Datu Guillermo, focal person for the IP beneficiaries, were also present.

📢 Last September 22, 2026, TESDA Davao Del Sur held its Training Induction Program (TIP) for Organic Agriculture Production NC II under the Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP) at NEAD Agri-Farm, Brgy. San Agustin, Digos City.

Moving forward with the program, Ms. Grace B. Florentino, OIC-Provincial Director, represented Dir. Mohaisen R. Manalo, REB, MAED - Provincial Director, TESDA Dvo. Del Sur, along with Mr. Danny dela Cruz, School Administrator, extending their support to the scholars.

We express our heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Jenquie Karen Alinsonorin, Scholarship Focal, for leading the TIP and guiding our scholars towards a brighter future in organic agriculture.

🌱 From a Dream to Grounded Reality: The Story of NEAD 🌱

Every journey begins with a single step, grit, and an unwavering vision. Today, we want to take a moment to look back at how NEAD Agricultural Farming (Never End A Dream) grew from a simple concept into the farm it is today.

On May 6, 2026, ground development officially began. Land preparation started, and construction broke ground on our very first NEAD Office. Through hot afternoons and rainy days, our small team laid down the foundations—not just for a building, but for a sustainable, off-grid agricultural enterprise built to serve our community.

After weeks of hard work, continuous planning, and shared effort, our office was fully completed on July 7, 2026! 🏡✨

That office now stands as the heart of our operations: a place where we plan organic crop cycles, design sustainable systems, and welcome fellow farmers and community members seeking to learn and grow together.

Building NEAD taught us that no dream is too big when you put in the work every single day. We are proud of where we started, grateful for how far we’ve come, and excited for everything we are cultivating for the future.
