✨ A place that nails every detail, great food, soulful live music, and prices that won’t break the bank. Perfect for date night or a classy hangout with friends. 🌙🍴

The kitchen clearly takes pride in every dish. Nothing feels rushed or random; flavors are balanced and ingredients are fresh. What’s surprising is the price. With food and entertainment at this level, you’d expect a steep bill—but it stays reasonable. It’s rare to find a place that feels this high-end without the high-end cost.

HERE ARE MY FAVORITES 🤤
• Black Pasta: A showstopper—beautifully plated, loaded with seafood and crisp vegetables, and just as tasty as it looks.
• Shrimp Curry & Crispy Favorites: Comfort food with finesse—savory, rich, and perfectly textured.
• Greens: Even the sides, like sautéed greens and crispy kangkong, are treated with care, making them stand out on their own.

Our Experience• The Vibe: Pure "quirky-chic" comfort. Think rustic wood, warm lighting, and nostalgic decor that makes every corner feel like a hug.
•Must Try Food: Their Braised Beef is incredibly tender and rich—the ultimate comfort meal. Pair it with the crunch of their Sweet and Sour Pork or a slice of their herb-heavy Thin-Crust Pizza.
Verdict: It’s the perfect, pet-friendly hideaway for when you want great food and even better photos.

If you are looking for a no-fuss, flavor-packed meal that hits all the right notes of Filipino-Chinese comfort food, Chi-Noy is a standout choice. This has officially become our go-to restaurant, and we are definitely coming back for more.

MY FAVORITES:
• Lechon Kawali Kare-Kare: This is a visual and culinary highlight. During my pregnancy, this became my ultimate comfort food, and seeing it again reminds me why. The pork belly is incredibly crispy, served alongside perfectly blanched greens, eggplant, and sitaw.
• Pancit Canton: The noodles are glossy and loaded with fresh vegetables like cabbage and carrots, topped with scallions.
• Fried Dim Sum Staples
Siomai: Topped with minced carrots and served with a dark chili-soy dip, these look dense and savory.
• Lumpia (Spring Rolls)
