The cherry tomatoes i planted from seed bore its first fruit! 😭 💛

I figured that I want to find a way to slowly incorporate recycling and reusing in this little business, and using the eggshells from baking as fertilizer is the easiest way to start.

I bought a cherry tomato plant from Manong Danny at Valencia plaza (you may also find him at tabo sometimes i think). He taught me that I could soak cleaned and crushed eggshells in water for a little over a week, and use the water as fertilizer! The eggshells then go straight to our compost pit at home.

I have no idea if this is right but it seems to be working 😂
