We’ve learned that our key ingredients no longer meet our quality standards, and we’ve decided not to proceed.

Closing out early at Hibalag 2025!

Today marks our last day at the festival and we’re incredibly thankful for the overwhelming support you’ve shown us these past few days.

We’ve officially sold out the slices we prepared for the entire run, way ahead of schedule.

Thank you for showing up, lining up, and sharing your love for Ti•ra•mi. You’ve made our first Hibalag one to remember!

Today is our last pop-up for Hibalag 2025.

If you’ve been meaning to visit us during the festival, today’s the perfect time.

We’ve run into a happy problem.

We sold out our entire stock of ingredients originally budgeted for Hibalag 2025.

We’re currently working on sourcing more so we can make the slices you’ve come to love. But since many of our ingredients are imported, it’s taking a little time to restock.

Because of this, we’re closed today, August 26, 2025.

Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for showing up the way you do. We’ll keep you posted as soon as we’re ready to serve again. 🤎
