Available Position:
Office Encoder

Job Responsibilities:
- Encode and update company records and reports
- Organize and file documents (digital and physical)
- Assist with basic office and administrative tasks
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data

Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate or vocational course graduate; college level is an advantage.
- With prior experience in data encoding, clerical work, or office administration is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office applications.
- Good typing speed with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Willing to learn company systems and processes.
