✅Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor who will manage and guide our field sales team, ensure market coverage, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The role requires frequent fieldwork, market visits, and close monitoring of sales operations to ensure targets are achieved and customer service standards are maintained.
✅Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and support Distributor Sales Agents and sales personnel in daily operations
• Conduct regular market visits to retail stores, groceries, wholesalers, and other trade accounts
• Ensure proper coverage of assigned territories and customer routes
• Monitor sales performance and ensure team members meet their targets
• Confirm orders and maintain good relationships with key customers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activities in the market
• Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to improve productivity
• Submit regular sales and market reports to management
✅Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required with strong experience)
• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution
• Experience supervising a sales team is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned territories
• Familiarity with General Santos, Sarangani, South Cotabato, and Sultan Kudarat markets is an advantage
• Must be organized, results-driven, and able to work independently
