𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘 "𝗧𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗘"?
Amidst the many names considered, "Townscape" perfectly encapsulates what the town of Goa and the district of Partido stand for: 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆, 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹. Goa is implicitly the district's bustling center of commerce, often seen as a city-in-the-making due to its diverse businesses and industries, banks and financial institutions, educational institutions including a University, hospitals, and various other establishments. Its neighboring towns contribute to the district's rich tapestry of nature, agriculture, culture, arts, history, and cuisine.
𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗲ñ𝗼𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗼𝗳. Instead of constructing a generic commercial building solely for rental income, its owner, Ma. Christina R. Monasterio, envisioned a vibrant gathering place. A place where friends and families could come together, where businesses could thrive through collaboration, and where visitors could appreciate the story of Partido.
She believes that 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 – 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.

Townscape was designed by Arch. Daniel Verdejo and his family of skilled architects and engineers from San Jose Partido. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.
This year, we are excited to welcome an events hall, blessed by the Almighty Father, which will host parties, celebrations, conventions, and conferences.

🍽️ 𝗝𝗿𝗶𝗰'𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁: Run by the Pastor-Ramos family from Goa, this restaurant not only serves delicious dishes but also shares stories of love and warmth through its menu.

🎤 𝗥𝗲.𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝘂𝗯: Co-owned and managed by the Dadis-Lopez family from Sagnay, this hub offers entertainment as a family-friendly KTV bar, gaming center, and meeting place for all celebrations.
🎂 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 - 𝗚𝗼𝗮: Owned by the Besorde family from Tigaon, this shop is famous for its cassava cakes, p**o, and empanadas.
🏦 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 - 𝗚𝗼𝗮, 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗿: One of the town's oldest commercial banks, serving for over 30 years, now proudly part of the Townscape community.
𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗦
We're proud to support local artists, having kickstarted the Partido Artists Group with their first exhibit, "Silyab." Their vibrant artworks adorn our Frontyard, inviting customers to admire and appreciate local talent.
