THE MODERN HEALTH CARE SYSTEM WANT US SICK AND DEPENDENT.
A patient cured is a customer lost.
Here are 10 mind-blowing things they donโt want you to know about the โsick-careโ system :
1. High blood pressure is completely reversible naturally. It's not just "aging" or "genetics". The main cause of high blood pressure is insulin resistance as it leads to:
- Thicker blood vessel walls
- Kidneys retaining sodium and water
- Endothelial (blood vessel) dysfunction
- Overactivation of the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) nervous system.
Then you can reverse insulin resistance by keeping your blood sugar levels at healthy levels for a long enough period of time.
That's it. You can do that through UNFATING, cutting down on processed food especially refined sugars and cereals, vegitable oils and modern fruits and honey, improving your sleep and reducing your stress.
Also remember your lifestyle is equally a player. Poor sleep, no exercise, stress life, unrighteous life of gulping alcohol is unhealthy and will not spare your blood pressure. Fix them.
2) Big Pharma pays for most research. You shouldn't be surprised when studies also support their products. For example, diabetes is reversible in just 16 weeks with intermittent fasting and low carb or keto or carnivores diet but they won't be promoted. They will promote pills and a new magic pill.
3) They blame heart disease on saturated fat and cholesterol from red meat and eggs. Yet heart attacks were nearly nonexistent until processed foods were introduced into the average personโs diet.
4) Alzheimer's and Dementia are not a part of the natural aging process. Something has drastically changed over the past few decades.
Medications and your food are at the heart of it. Statins deplete CoQ10 which your mitochondria in your brain need to produce energy. A highly processed diet and being FAT leads to inflammation and insulin resistance which damages your brain.
5) The average med school offers less than 20 hours of nutritional education. Teaching people how to eat healthy wouldn't encourage medications and reliance upon the system, would it? Remember that the sicker you are, the more money the healthcare system and Big Pharma makes.
6) The medical system is effective at keeping you alive, dependent, and with a low quality of life. Not to make you healthier. Why? No money to make in healthy or dead people. Money is between.
Doctors are told to put you on meds like statins and blood pressure meds for decades for the rest of your life. Rather than help you fix the root causes of why you have high cholesterol or high blood pressure in the first place.
7) You're told to blindly trust whatever doctors say.
Why? Because if you did your own research, you'd find proven ideas that go against the healthcare system dogma. If they tell you you must be on a med for life but you find a natural solution to fix your health issue especially if you find Professor George Dr. Page, The system loses.
8) Big Pharma funds medical schools. Of course a medication-first approach is going to be part of the indoctrination. Study pharmacology the whole training and just look at nutrition with one eye for few hours.
9) Medications are often prescribed over and over again. WITHOUT any analysis if something is a new symptom or a side effect of another medication. Before you know it, youโre on 10+ medications with no idea how you got there.
10) Hospitals are run by administrators with little to no patient care experience. Their priorities are far from providing patients with the best care.
But in maximizing profits. Less care = less costs for them. And the worse your care, the worse your health becomes and the more revenue they can make from selling you "treatments" and meds.
Most chronic diseases like:
- Heart disease
- Type 2 Diabetes
- High cholesterol
- High blood pressure
Are caused (and can be fixed) by lifestyle factors in your control. But there's no money for the healthcare system in that. How much can you earn from telling you to eat OMAD or 2MAD ?
They sell you the lie that you always need their lifelong meds and "treatments". You can't rely on the healthcare system to keep you healthy or make you healthy.
That's on you - it's down to your lifestyle choices and habits. But it doesn't need to be overwhelming. You can do it no matter how busy you are or how little you know about health and fitness currently.
Ofcourse you won't be told this by puppets of the system, the text book experts and conveyor belt of the system. They would rather defend the system failing you than speak out.
