Here's the debate we keep having in the kitchen: are microgreens just a pretty garnish, or do they deserve to be the main character?

Team Garnish says a delicate pinch on top of a finished dish is all it takes. Team Main Character piles them on by the handful and lets them lead the plate.

Getting greens onto a kid's plate doesn't have to be a battle. The three tricks that actually worked for us:
1. Fold into rice - they slip into every bite.
2. Crown the favorite viand - let the greens be the topper, not the chore.
3. Lead with sweet pea shoots - sweet, tender, easy to like.
