Dear Bakery,

Starting this page is as nerve wracking as the first time I tried to make a dough. What if the dough won’t rise and grow? What if other people won’t like the pizza, cake and bread that I am baking? I was and still am full of what ifs and doubts but that won’t stop me from baking, from teaching, from cooking, and from sharing. Well, I still want to learn more about baking, so I am open for suggestions and ideas from everyone too. Good luck to us, my dear bakery. Dear Bakery does not only offer freshly-baked pizzas , but it offers pizza pre-mix as well if you want to try making your own pizza at home! You may want to try it with your family or friends.
